This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Order Up! ("the Game", "we", "us") handles, why, and who it is shared with. By installing or playing Order Up! you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Order Up! does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide any personally identifying information. The Game and its third-party service providers may collect the following automatically:
| Data | Purpose | Shared? |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) | Serving and measuring ads, limiting repeated ads, and analytics | Yes, shared with our advertising and analytics partners |
| Approximate app-usage & event data (e.g. levels played, sessions, ad interactions, crash diagnostics) | Understanding how the Game is used and improving it | Yes, processed by our analytics partner |
| Device & technical data (device model, OS version, language, coarse region, network state) | Ad delivery, crash reporting, and compatibility | Yes, with advertising/analytics partners |
Your game progress, settings, coins, Diamonds and purchases are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload your saved game to our servers.
Order Up! displays advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your Advertising ID and related device signals to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads on Android).
Order Up! uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand gameplay in aggregate, such as which levels are played and how the Game performs, so we can improve it. This data is tied to the Advertising ID and app-instance identifiers, not to your real-world identity. See Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If the app crashes we send a crash report to Google Firebase Crashlytics so the fault can be found and fixed. A report contains the crash stack trace, your device model and Android version, the app version, and a short trail of in-game events (for example "level_start", "interstitial_shown"). It also includes a randomly generated app-instance identifier. It does not contain your name, email address, contacts, files, or any other personal identifier, and it is not linked to your real-world identity.
Order Up! offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads, coins and Diamonds). Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. Those are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's Privacy Policy.
Order Up! may schedule optional reminder notifications (for example, to let you know your daily reward is ready). These are local notifications: they are created and delivered entirely on your device, and no data is sent to us or to any third party to produce them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings (Settings › Apps › Order Up! › Notifications on Android).
We do not sell your personal information. Data described above is shared only with the service providers that make the Game work, principally Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Google Play), for advertising, analytics and payment processing. It may also be disclosed if required by law.
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data held by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies. You can clear local data by uninstalling Order Up! or clearing the app's storage.
Order Up! is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game is not enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" program. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the Game.
