Privacy Policy — Color Connect

This Privacy Policy explains how Color Connect (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts. Your game progress, coins, and settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited information to show ads and operate the store:

• Advertising ID and basic device/usage information, used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
• App usage and interaction events (such as levels started or completed, ads viewed, and purchases made) and basic device information, collected by Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how the App is played and to improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Approximate, non-precise information (such as general region) that ad networks use to deliver relevant ads. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Purchase status for in-app purchases, processed by Google Play Billing (we never see or store your payment details).

2. How information is used

• To display advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads).
• To process optional in-app purchases (e.g. “Remove Ads”).
• To measure ad performance and prevent fraud/abuse, via our service providers.
• To understand aggregate gameplay (e.g. how far players progress) so we can improve the App, via Google Analytics for Firebase.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services / Play Billing — https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Your choices

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads).
• You can purchase “Remove Ads” to stop banner and interstitial ads.
• You can delete all local game data at any time by uninstalling the App.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data security & retention

Information handled by our service providers is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
